- Abbey Elias is his original name and was born on the 5th of July year 1992, which makes him 29 years of age and has two siblings.
- He completed his secondary education at Victoria Children School and for his tertiary education he went to the University of Ado – Ekiti.
- – His stage name, Skiibii was given to him by his uncle. His mother initially was not comfortable with the name but with time she got used it when she found out that the ‘Skiibii’ means ‘Sharp’ or ‘Intelligent’.
- – His drive for music started at a very young age, he started rapping when he was in secondary school, but later changed his genre to singing when he discovered that he singing was more lucrative than rapping.
- He also likes to be called Swaggerlee of Africa, this is because he has a very distinctive fashion sense and his good looks.
- – Just like almost every other musician making music today, his desire to make music wasn’t accepted by his parent who wanted him to pursue a more acceptable career like a doctor, lawyer et.c.
- – He was signed into E Money’s record label known as ‘Five Star Music’. After signing, he was given an Hyundai SUV which was his official car.
