“He has dementia,” Joke Silva reveals about her husband Olu Jacobs’ health for the first time (video)

Joke Silva, a veteran actress, has spoken up for the first time about her husband, actor Olu Jacob’s, health issues.

Olu Jacobs has dementia with Lewy bodies, according to award-winning thespian Chude Jidonwo, who revealed this in a recent interview with Chude Jidonwo (DLB).

It’s been going on for a few years, but this is the first time she’s spoken about it publicly, according to her.

In her own words she wrote,”

He’s coping with concerns that have been bothering him for a few years.” It’s called dementia with lewy bodies.”It’s a degenerative disease that affects the brain, and it’s similar to Parkinson’s disease in that it affects both the brain and the person.””Something is the first time I’m expressing this in public… That’s what we’ve been dealing with… But the point is, it’s difficult for him because he doesn’t comprehend what’s going on, and it’s also difficult for our family members.”We’ve been through a lot in the last couple of years, but we’re thankful to God.””We’ve been through certain times and situations recently where I wish I had the old you here so I don’t have to deal with these things on my own,” she continued.

The actress, who just marked 40 years in the entertainment world, previously discussed how she realized she was adopted.At the time, she stated,”It’s like when you’re just getting to share it with the public.” It’s something I discovered when I was a lot younger. It was a covert adoption for me. It wasn’t anything my parents talked about.”My mother’s older sister wanted me to accompany her to Kenya, but she was unable to do so because my mother was not present. I said yeah yes yes when she asked whether I knew where my passport was. I know where all of Mum’s key papers are kept.”Then I proceed to the crucial suitcase with all the vital documents, where I found my passport, as well as other relevant documents.”
