A Suspected ‘Yahoo Boy’ Who Crushed Three People in Ondo is Stoned to Death by an Angry Mob

According to reports, three of the victims passed away instantly, while several others were injured.

A suspect in an online fraud case who allegedly killed three people was lynched by an angry mob in Akure on Monday.

 

The enraged crowd also set fire to his car.

It was learned that a Toyota automobile believed to belong to an online fraudster collided with around five passenger-carrying commercial motorcyclists at various locations along Ijo Mimo, through Sunday bus stop,  Ijoka road.

According to reports, three of the victims passed away instantly, while several others were injured.

The Toyota car’s driver, who escaped the scene unharmed, was attempting to flee when he was apprehended by some adolescents and beaten into a coma.

The alleged online fraudster was stoned and beaten to death; the mob refrained from spearing him.

As of the time of this report, the dead bodies were still on the ground while some of the injured people were transported to neighboring hospitals.
